What’s the story behind Healing Balm?
In 2009 my daughter, Amber, was diagnosed with severe psoriasis. It was a skin condition that had been holding her back in so many areas of her life. My Mama Bear instincts kicked in as I tried to find a solution to ease her skin and her distress. It started with in-depth research, much trial and error, laughter and tears… and finally, resulted in the production of our super soothing Healing Balm. The results for my daughter have been nothing short of incredible and I want to share this with the rest of the world.

So, what makes Healing Balm different to other products on the market? Handcrafted with love in Northland, our Healing Balm is made from 100% natural ingredients. It was the first product we developed, and it’s still the most popular to date. We know exactly what goes into our balm because we harvest the key ingredients on our very own lifestyle block. These include medicinal plants such as kawakawa, manuka, kanuka and tarata, all of which have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties that make them perfect for our balm.

Who can use Healing Balm?
Anyone from 6 months old to 101! It’s great for both men and women, teenage and menopausal skin. If you have particularly sensitive skin or you’re looking for a product for common baby ailments, we recommend our Baby Balm for an extra-gentle calming treatment. Natures Pond Healing Balm or Baby Balm can also be used on your fur babies and farm animals.
